Jatin Chauhan

Managing Director & Founder

With over two decades of banking expertise, Jatin Chauhan has held pivotal roles, including Executive Director and Team Head at FAB, and Director at Julius Baer, Barclays, HSBC, and Standard Chartered. Armed with Business Management degree in finance and marketing, Jatin is recognized for excellence, holding Private Banking certifications from Monetary Authority of Singapore and the International Certification for Wealth Management (Level 5) from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (UK).

Since 2023, Jatin has been the Founder and MD of Focus Capital, where his entrepreneurial vision propels the company’s success in external asset management. Leveraging his extensive private banking experience, Jatin positions Focus Capital to provide exceptional services, combining strategic insights with a commitment to client success and shaping the financial services landscape.

Namith Lal

Associate Director

Namith Lal is a seasoned banking professional with over 22 years of experience in wealth management across banks like HSBC, Barclays, Commercial Bank of Dubai and Mashreq Bank.

His previous assignment was with Mashreq Bank, where he held the position of Assistant Vice President in Wealth Management. In his role, he has been instrumental in onboarding High Net Worth individuals for the Mashreq Gold Segment, managing a portfolio of Ultra HNI clients. With a career spanning roles across various international and UAE regional banks, Namith brings extensive experience in relationship management, investment advisory, and financial planning.

In his current role as Associate Director at Focus Capital, Namith leverages his extensive experience in banking, particularly in relationship management and financial planning, to provide exceptional client servicing.
